ASSA has achieved a pioneer role in Turkish metal plating industry by serving its customers with highest quality and short lead times in its 1000 m2 factory as well as developing new and more efficient processes and niche metals to be used in plating applications in its R&D Centre.
Plating process is applied to materials such as Copper, Aluminium, Iron, Brass etc. according to the technical specifications of the customers.
Assa was distinguished in the industry by its plating applications for Aluminium products in the initial years which identified ASSA as the solution partner of its customers where R&D is necessary.
ASSA is the first and only plating company in Turkey using X-Ray device along with Couloscope for precise calculation of plating thickness as a vital quality assurance testing procedure.
There are two different systems used in ASSA baths for silver, tin, nickel and copper plating; which are “Suspended” and “Cabinet”. Suspended systems are used for wide and large products whereas Cabinet systems are preferred for smaller ones.
ASSA has a clientele portfolio from various industries and acts as tier one vendor especially in electric and electronic sector such as multinational corporations like Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Alstom Grid and/or their subsidiaries.
Each and every vendor of ASSA has gone through a detailed audit before getting approved and added to the vendors list and are reputed for supplying the highest quality possible in the market. Besides all the metals and chemicals used for plating are certified by relevant authorities and chosen after detailed studies/trials in ASSA R&D Centre.
